The program
Answered AI operates an AI phone receptionist service for businesses. As part of that service, we send text (SMS) messages from our toll-free line (844) 415-4718 to people who contact us or a business we work with. This page explains those messages and your choices.
Your consent & how you opt in
You agree to receive SMS messages from Answered AI when you take any of the following actions:
- Submit the “Book a demo” form on this website and provide your mobile number;
- Call or text our line at (844) 415-4718;
- Give your mobile number to a business that uses Answered AI and ask to be contacted or booked.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can decline or opt out at any time and still use our service by phone.
What we send
Messages are account- and conversation-related, such as:
- Appointment and booking confirmations;
- Reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices;
- Replies and follow-ups to questions you send us;
- Information about a demo you requested.
We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional content to this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — for example, when you book, reschedule, or reply to a message.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Answered AI does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.
How to opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To opt back in, reply START at any time.

Your mobile information & privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
We use your mobile number only to operate the messaging described above and to provide our service to you or the business you contacted.
Eligibility & carriers
This program is available to recipients in the United States. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
